- As specialist strata managers we are experienced in mediating disputes and finding resolutions, within the confines of the Act. We maintain close working/professional relationships with law firms specialising in the strata industry in the Northern Territory and keep up to date with all new case law and legislative changes.
- We understand owners and residents of a Units Plan complex must comply with the relevant legislation. Breaches of compliance can result in fines, and more importantly, invalidation of liability insurance for the Units Plan
- Prepare,and distribute notices agendas and minutes of AGM’s.
- Chair AGM’s when directed.
- Assist with committee meeting formalities when requested.
Insurance

- Ensuring public areas are safe, friendly and available for all residents.
