We maintain close working/professional relationships with law firms specialising in the strata industry in the Northern Territory and keep up to date with all new case law and legislative changes.
We understand owners and residents of a Units Plan complex must comply with the relevant legislation. Breaches of compliance can result in fines, and more importantly, invalidation of liability insurance for the Units Plan
